AM to B then onto C

This morning's start was an early one. We were up at half five and on our way to Phuket airport at Six.
As we were flying to Bangkok we thought - internal flight = Domestic departures terminal.
Not the way Air Asia see it. Phuket to Bangkok then onto Phnom Penh is an international flight = International departures terminal. Not where we got dropped off.
All first world problems and solved by getting to the airport with time to spare.
The layover in Bangkok gave us time to visit Starbucks !.
Then it was onto Cambodia. We arrived in Phnom Penh at twenty to five but due to a reasonably chaotic visa system comprising of you handing over  your passport and visa application form in one queue then going to another area where your passport photo is shown through the glass and everyone has to recognise themselves by their own passport photo.
The 'prize' is getting their passport and Cambodia Tourist visa stamp in return for $30 US.
Now Phnom Penh has not lost any of its charm and the traffic is tricky to explain. It shouldn't work but it does. There are hardly any traffic lights at all. Road junctions are a great lesson in gang warfare. If I have a bigger gang (or more motorbikes/cars/tuk-tuks) at the junction, your gang (kind of) stops and my gang goes through the junction.
Our hotel room is lovely and we spent the evening at the Night Market eating Chicken noodles and Coconut Ice Cream (Different plates, we aren't Barbarians!)
Happy St Patrick's Day!
Sue did manage to capture the Chao Praya river winding through sprawling Bangkok.
